SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS FOR UK ORDERS AND EU ORDERS
The prices of our goods include the cost of shipping in the UK and EU so there is no additional charge for shipping in the UK and in the EU.

NOTIFICATION OF SHIPPING
When your goods are shipped we will send you an email advising that we have shipped your order and confirming the method of shipment used.
Our policy for handling depends upon whether the goods are faulty or not:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product, please email us:email@example.com
as soon as possible.
If the goods delivered to you have arrived in any way damaged the Gallery Preira will be responsible for the cost of returning them.
NON FAULTY GOODS
If you decide within 14 days of receipt of a product that you do not keep it then it can be returned to us for a refund.
You may want to have a returned product replaced with an alternative product. If so then include a note with your return advising us of this.
When the product is received we will check it to make sure that it is in good condition. If this is the case then we will refund your card with the original purchase cost. Gallery Preira will not be liable to re-imburse the cost of returning an unwanted item unless it was recieved in error.
HOW TO RETURN TO US
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods actualty get back to us so we suggest that you use the signed recorded 2nd class mail service. If you use a more expensive service and we are re-imbursing the postage cost we will not re-imburse more than the recorded 2nd class mail cost.
If the goods are not faulty the cost of returning then is your responsibility.
